A settlement in court has ruled that any credit balance of more than $1750 maintained since before 2006 can now longer be legally enforced. Funny, that didn’t get much press coverage…

Rata4u capitalists are bankers. The government manages national and international infrastructre on a large scale. Capitalists are idiots as they are ‘borrowing’ shares they cant afford, selling them onto banks for a profit who then lend and have a public boady who are too bone idol to pay it back. Capitalist an short run markets are an awful comeback. Do you not know what you are talking about?

shoegaze234 November 11, 2008 at 12:48 pm

The socialistic is the most impartial and safe governmental system in operation take UKs Labour Party. Yes its had its downfalls mainly the ‘collaboration against’ terror with an illumianti puppet who thinks ‘fish and humans can co-exist peacefully’ but comeon. The American anti publicisation method is only a way to improve work productivity as the public have no voice and no net to fall into. Idiot US Government! What bloody comunist hypocrites. From an Economist pov they are idiots!

Rata4You November 11, 2008 at 3:17 pm

I think the word you are wanting to use is
“socialistic”. Socialism; it means government administered vs privately administered. Who do you trust more? An elected government or private individuals in a board room. Socialism vs Capitalism. Capitalists don’t like to answer to you, governments have to. But capitalists always enjoy the benifits of socialism for themselves – they just don’t want you to.

$700 billion is a socialist bailout – it’s always been with us.

shoegaze234 November 11, 2008 at 11:12 pm

Dont you think its slightly comunistic that now the US bank system is in crices for idioticly lending. Now its seeking public funiding? Idiot governement! No public networking system hence privatisation and now in the deep!

shoegaze234 November 14, 2008 at 7:29 am

I go by the thought of. If you dont have the money dont spend and hey. Litrally 1/4 of my wage goes into savings. Now were in the crunch interest rates are higher and i get more the more i save. Its brilliant!

Delilah317 November 14, 2008 at 6:02 pm

Rata4You November 17, 2008 at 8:29 am

This is the “mortgage-crises” on another level….a “credit card crises”. This just goes to illustrate that middle-america is virtually wiped out. If I were 85 & poor, I’d just use the credit cards I have & take myself on a world tour without ever paying the balance off. Sure they can take me to court, but it’s not like they’re gonna get anything. The exploited have already learned how to play the game.

bodyvegas November 19, 2008 at 3:41 pm

Every bank in the US charges fees of all kinds!!

roquey44 November 22, 2008 at 10:08 pm

Ha Ha . . .HA HA HA HA!!!! I have a one of those, but haven’t activated it yet. Even before I saw this vid, I was gonna’ send it back. It’s going back for sure now. WOW!!

Rata4You November 26, 2008 at 5:52 am

In Canada this is ILLEGAL. No bank is permitted to charge these fees and if they do, the CEO’s would head to prison. Just because the middle class is disapearing does not mean you can exploit the poor and uneducated.

BTW: if you ever contract a terminal disease, max out your credit cards & take yourself on a world vacation…when you’re dead you’re dead, you aint gonna be taking their ****.

Makes you think twice before getting into debt.

byteme10101 December 7, 2008 at 3:06 pm

Oh GAWD I remember getting these offers EVERY DAY when I was in college, but never did I take the bait. Instead, I’d return other junk mail in their return envelopes. Do that for three weeks in a row and they finally get the message.

Now I find it insulting if I get an offer over 10%.

LysetteOne December 8, 2008 at 11:10 pm

Such a scam. Someday there will be regulations against this kind of thievery.
